Shelton Beach Resort - JW25+RRJ, Bacolod, Negros Occidental

Important Notice

By making a reservation with Shelton Beach Resort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shelton Beach Resort.

Booking & Reservation Terms

Reservation Process
  • Reservations are subject to availability and admin approval
  • Down payment is required to secure your reservation
  • Reservations are confirmed only after admin approval
Payment Terms
  • Down Payment Required: 30% of total stay cost
  • Payment Methods: Cash, GCash, PayMaya, Visa, MasterCard
  • Remaining Balance: Payable upon arrival or as arranged
  • All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱)
Reservation Status
  • Pending: Down payment received, awaiting admin approval
  • Confirmed: Reservation approved and confirmed
  • Cancelled: Reservation cancelled by customer or resort
  • Completed: Stay completed successfully

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Deadlines
  • 24+ hours before check-in: Cancellation allowed, however, down payment is non-refundable
  • No-show: No refunds, payments shall be forfeited
Force Majeure

Shelton Beach Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or facility maintenance. In such cases, full refunds will be provided.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in Requirements
  • Valid government-issued ID required
  • Payment of remaining balance upon arrival
  • Security deposit may be required
  • Early check-in subject to availability
Check-out Procedures
  • Check-out time: As specified during booking
  • Room inspection required before departure

Facility Usage & Rules

General Rules
  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
Facility Maintenance
  • Facilities are subject to maintenance without prior notice
  • Alternative arrangements will be provided when possible
  • No refunds for maintenance-related closures
  • Updates provided via resort communication channels

Privacy & Data Protection

Information Collection
  • Personal information collected for reservation purposes
  • Contact information used for booking confirmations
  • Payment information processed securely
  • No personal data shared with third parties
Data Security
  • All data encrypted and stored securely
  • Regular security audits conducted
  • Access limited to authorized personnel only
  • Compliance with Philippine data protection laws

Dispute Resolution

Complaint Process
  • Report issues immediately to resort staff
  • Written complaints accepted within 24 hours
  • Response provided within 48 hours
  • Escalation to management if needed
Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable settlement, and if not possible, through the appropriate courts of Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
